## BENCHMARK

Our benchmark data sets and results
**Data sets and results for generated data according to a multiplicative model structure:**

- data: the data sets
- data_R: the data sets stored in R
- figures: example images of the data sets
- data_bicat: the data sets in bicat format
- data_plaid: that data sets in plaid format
- densities: density plot for the data sets
- output_software: the original output of software if not in R
- biclusters_R: the biclusters of all methods stored in biclust class of the package biclust
- results_indices: the single results for each experiment giving the various indices
- results_final: average results of all experiment, information content, p-values, and ranking

**Data sets and results for generated data according to an additive model structure:**

M1 (low signal): Each Bicluster is chosen from N(0,2^2)
